Firefox

To set Swagbucks as your default search engine on Firefox, follow the instructions below:

  1. Go to your browser search field
  2. Click on the drop down menu next to the icon of the current Search Engine
  3. If you see Swagbucks as an option in the resulting list, click on it and your browser search will be updated to Swagbucks
  4. If you don't see it, make sure you have visited Swagbucks.com then repeat steps 2 and 3

Chrome

To set Swagbucks as your default search engine on Chrome, follow the instructions below:

  1. Go to your browser address bar
  2. Right-click and select Edit search engines... from the dropdown menu
  3. Under the Other search engines scroll down to Swagbucks and hover over it
  4. Click on Make default on the right of the row
  5. Click Done

Internet Explorer

To set Swagbucks as your default search engine on IE9+, follow the instructions below:

  1. Click the gear icon at the top of the browser window
  2. Select Manage add-ons
  3. Select the Search Providers tab
  4. Select Swagbucks
  5. Click Set as default
  6. Click close
